St. Louis Crash Involving 4 Vehicles Results in Trip to ER for Multiple Injuries

Highway Patrol responded Thursday afternoon to a multi-vehicle pileup on Interstate 270 in St. Louis County. Tressa Rosen was operating her vehicle north on I-270 when she changed lanes, allegedly side-swiping a vehicle being driven by Robb Franklin. Mr. Robb Franklin was reportedly uninjured after being side-swiped by Rosen's vehicle as the first impact. Franklin was dismissed from the accident scene and able to drive his vehicle from the scene. All other vehicles required towing from the scene as a result of 'total' damage.
