North St. Louis County Car Crash Injuries Two Residents
Gwenell Campbell of Florissant and James Annable of Worden, Illinois were taken to Depaul Hospital late Tuesday night after being injured on Interstate 270. 36-year-old Campbell was standing outside of her vehicle along eastbound 270 near Highway 367 when James Annable approached her stopped vehicle. Annable was reportedly slowing his vehicle when 30-year old Joseph Burch crashed in to the rear of Annable. After pushing Annable's vehicle, Burch allegedly then struck Ms. Campbell near the left rear of her vehicle. Both Campbell and Annable were taken by ambulance to the nearest hospital after sustaining 'serious' injuries.
Our St. Louis county car accident attorneys are working with the Missouri State Highway Patrol to obtain more details on this crash. It is unknown at this time why Campbell was standing outside of her vehicle or if the vehicle was pulled off of the interstate. Regardless of further information, we hope to help the two injured persons in this crash, as well as any other individual suffering injury as a result of a careless driver.
Being informed about and knowing your auto insurance coverage is something that many drivers fail to do. It is important to know that far too many Missouri motorists carry the absolute minimal amount of coverage that insurance companies offer. In the unfortunate event that you are involved in an auto injury claim with a minimally insured driver, it could bear great burden on you. Coverage available to you through a negligent driver's insurance may not come close to covering or compensating you for your medical bills.
Far too often we see this occurrence, but a St. Louis car accident lawyer who has been successful in the past in investigating and revealing any hidden insurance coverage you may be able to help you too. At times this compensation comes from your own auto insurance policy, but has no negative effect on your policy as far as filing a claim. Call our
car crash attorneys today and allow us to help you to find any available coverage to you.
